d e s i g n consultation

1.) Our design process begins with a client interview and on-site consultation.  We recommend, at this time, you provide us with a copy of your Building PLAT (a to-scale map showing actual or planned features, i.e. streets, property lines, building footprint, etc.). Based on information gathered during our initial site visit, we proceed with the Landscape Design.  In some cases, when the work is straightforward and accurate site measurements are available, proposals can be estimated and the design process skipped entirely.

2.) A landscape plan can include a partial yard or an entire master plan.  Each landscape plan takes into account: soil conditions, drainage, area usage, sun exposure, slope, goals, and level of maintenance desired by the customer. We use specific software designated for the design of landscapes, providing you with a color 2D representation of the ultimate, specified vision.

I. Depending on the time of year and backlog of presently contracted designs, the design can be completed in 2-4 weeks. certain circumstances, such as springtime, may require more time for design completion. We work diligently and efficiently. However, if you wish to have a project completed in spring, we recommend contacting us as early as possible, preferably late fall or early winter.
